Mike Ting, Professor of Political Science at Columbia University, will present his theory on how regional organizational capacity and nation level government turnover affect the revision and implementation of different public projects.

Mike Ting and the other speakers, Riccardo Barbieri Hermitte from MEF, and Vittoria Cerasi from Corte dei Conti, will analyze possible implications for the implementation of Italy's recovery fund projects, in light of the differences in regional administrative capabilities and the recent change in the central government.
