Gaia Rubera

Prof. Rubera is Amplifon Chair in Customer Science, Full Professor of Marketing at Bocconi University, where she is the Head of the Marketing Department. She received her PhD from Bocconi University in 2008. She was the Research Director of the Center for Global Innovation at the University of Southern California and then Assistant Professor at Michigan State University from 2008 to 2012. Her research interests include social media, Business Analytics, innovation, and political marketing. She has published in several major journals in marketing, management, and political science, including Marketing Science, Journal of Marketing, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, and American Journal of Political Science. She is Co-Editor of the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science and sits in the editorial board of the Journal of Marketing Research and Journal of International Business Studies.
